i cant get my pc to read the pictures from the camera . i have no clue what to do Need more info...
If you are using Windows XP, don't load the camera software. Windows has camera transfer ability built in. Also, you might have to turn the camera on to get it to start talking to the computer.
That's the easy stuff to try first.
P.S. that's not a "web camera". Web cams are smaller less capable devices used 100% connected to your pc i.e. they won't work unconnected. Go to DGX USA and look under the support area for software to install for enabling the drivers of your camera...
