i am searching a web site which compares the images of several digital cameras and photo cameras.Because i want to compare images' qualities Here are some good web sites:
http://www.dpreview.com/
http://www.imaging-resource.com/
http://www.dcresource.com/
http://www.steves-digicams.com/
Plenty of camera reviews and comparative information. The forums at dpreview are particularly helpful as well- as you can ask questions directly to enthusiasts that have your camera. Read his "Best Answer" and go to Morey's sites and prowl around. It's a little complicated, though. You can't generally find comparisons for any pair of cameras that you are looking to match up, but you will often find meaningful pairings within the reviews at the sites Morey mentioned. For instance, you wouldn't wantto compare a Nikon D80 to a point and shoot Sony, but they have some Canon Rebel XTi images side-by-side.
Pretty much all camera reviews seem to have sample images, but they are a little tricky to view for proper evaluation. At the dpreview site, you can enlarge the images to full size images if you click on the file name shown below the picture. You will have to then put your cursor in the white space to the right of the picture and click once. After that, you can pass your cursor over the image and it will turn into a magnifier. Click it as a magnifier once and the image will go to full size and you can really examine the detail or look for artifacts like fringing or noise. |
