What do you think of Kingston SD cards?

I have a Kodak Easy Share Z612 digital camera. Kodak has a special now where you can buy a 1G Kodak memory card for $35. However, you can usually get 2G Kingston cards for the same price. So, if Kingston cards are comparable in quality to Kodak cards, it would be in my interest to buy them instead of Kodak's.

I have a couple Kingston cards. They are not a ver big brand name but the products are amazing!!

The Kingston SD cards are excellent. However, if you are looking for the best priced 2 G SD card, check out amazon.com and the Japanese brand Dane-Elec selling for $19.00.

I have one in my kodak right now

Kingston is one of the best brands in the memory business. They make fantastic desktop computer memory and I know that their memory cards are of awesome quality. I would highly recommend Kingston over any other memory company as long as they're in a similar price range. Kingston is definitely superior to Kodak.

Kingston is one of the very best! I have a 2gb CF and 4gb CF and I trust both cards 100%... I do photography for money and I've used these cards in all kinds of environments... jungle, desert, hot & humid air, cold & damp air, dusty places, high altitudes... they've never failed me.

I don't know about Kodak's cards but I'd guess they're made by a 3rd-party (maybe even by Kingston) to pretty high standards, so it's probably a good card but you'll get dinged $$ just for the brand name. But, Kingston's got a cash-back program on right now, so the prices for their high-performance cards are super-low... you really can't go wrong with them.
