the price range is 拢30 or less or anywhere in europe????? For under 拢30 I think you will struggle to find a camera of good quality. I would check out a price comparison site and then see what you can get for 拢30. You may have to adjust your budget to get the screen size you want.
Try uk.shopping.yahoo.com and try and find the cheapest digital camera, then see what the specification is for it.
The cheapest listed on Yahoo! Shopping is only 拢26 but I would be very careful about the quality you are buying there! It may be worth saving up for a bit longer!!
