What are some really awesome digital cameras?

The one I have now is a really crappy Polaroid.
Like, seriously,
it sucks.
So what are some nice ones that are reasonably-priced?

Samsung have some great quality digital cameras

Casio Exilim. They are the easiest to use and have great picture and color quality. Look on ebay.

the new pink fujifilm camera its the hottest thing out with video and everything

get you Canon SD630. it has 6.0 MP and has 3 inches screen so you can see your picture better. it is also around $200.

I absolutely LOVE the Sony Cybershot. It's excellent in every way. It's so slim and portable, yet sturdy. The quality of the picture is great too. O-and not only is it a great digital camera, but it looks so cute. Especially with all the colors they've made it with. Just amek sure to get the 2.5" LCD screen, it's better. Anyways, I say go with the Sony Cybershot. It's great!

You wouldn't regret if you save up some money for some DSLR camera. (Canon EOS 350D or 400D will do nice) These cameras are absolutely amazing not only in terms of artistic photography.

Anyway just don't grab Sony cameras. Sony like to invent annoying standards, like Sony memsticks or whatever those things are called. I would advise again Canon. Go for Canon IXUS 5mp+. Its great and compact camera.

Anyway Pentax are also producing very excellent cameras. If they would change their brand name, i would go for them. Produced photos are absolutely awesome. Just look for those of 5mpix+

Even though I personally own this "awesome" ultra compact camera, I would still like to highly recommend the purchase of a Nikon Coolpix L10 for the following reasons:

1. Besides taking well-exposed hi-quality 5 megapixel pictures, it uses a standard set of rechargeable double AA batteries which last a very long time;
2. Has a 3x optical zoom;
3. The flash setting for "red-eye" correction is on the navigator wheel and not within a submenu;
4. It's very small and light;
5. Uses inexpensive SD memory cards;
6. The digital video feature takes wonderful "sound" videos which are noise free. It records the piano very well with it's built-in microphone;
7. Has macro feature for closeups under 6 inches;
8. It comes with a USB 2.0 transfer cable which you connect to your USB computer port;
9. Has tripod mount on bottom of camera;
10. And the price is a mere $119 [sold at Samy's Camera - www.samys.com, and Staples.com.]
