Digital camcorder around $200?

I am not looking for a Digital Camera.
I'm looking for a good qaulity Camcorder.
I want it to have good video and audio quality for the price.
And I want to be able to record, then plug it into my compputer to upload it.

there's the Canon ZR800, it's a mini-dv camcorder, with 35x optical zoom which is excellent for the price. They sell for around $250 including shipping on ebay or amazon. Consumer reports says this:

Highs
Video and audio quality is very good. Good low-light video performance. Excellent autofocus and image-stabilizer performance. Playback controls are very easy to use.

Lows
Under bright sunlight the LCD performed poorly; images were virtually washed out.

Bottom Line
Very good performance for both video and audio make this a great all-around choice.

Not for $200

hey, well it's really hard to find a good quality camcorder for less than $200. i tried doing research for you and everything under 200 was used. so, i dunno if you would like that. if you don't really need one right now i would suggest you wait until the day after thanksgiving when stores usually have big sales. 2 years in a row i got good quality camcorders for less than $200. if you are willing to spend a more than $200 check this one out! the sony DCR-HC42.
