Suggest me a good digital camera to buy?

abot the quality , its longivity within a low price also

Nikon cool pix...you can't not go wrong with their cameras. The durability and visuals are amazing. You can get one at circuit city, or anywhere you would like..they have one that's under $250 If I am correct.
Good luck:)

Kodak...have had one for 2 years, it's easy to use and works great!

the sony cybershot digicam

never go wrong with kodak or nikon!

The Cannon Powershots are great, they are small and lightweight, have 8 megapixel capacity and are in the $300 range, which is a good price. Also, they have been around for at least 5 years which means that any kinks have been worked out (do not underestimate this aspect of buying a camera).

Sony dcs w30 quite good for it's price

Professional photographers go with Canon. Of course, I am talking about the SLR EOS series.

I own the Nikon Coolpix L1. It is a terrific camera for a non-pro.

I received an Olympus C-4000 Zoom (3x zoom) for Christmas 3 years ago. I have taken great pictures with it. The best thing I like is being able to use 4 AA batteries instead of the costly camera batteries that don't last that long anyway. It may not be available to buy now but there are some similar models available. Check this one out on the website- FE-140 it has a 12x zoom (priced at $200 is a great deal !) http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_sectio...

Nikon Coolpix 4600 (4 megapixel) or 5600 (5 megapixel plus video) are

both under $200, even including a decent sized memory card (512K to 1

GB). I have many digital cameras and I am never disappointed with the

results of my 4600. AND - it uses "AA" batteries instead of expensive

special batteries. It's about the size of a pack of cigarettes, too.

There are newer cameras that I am not as familiar with in that price

range, but since you said "good, small, cheap," this is one (two) I can

really recommend from experience. There are newer Coolpix cameras, but I

admit that I am not familiar with all of their features. I'd say to just

be sure you get one that has an optical viewfinder, though, because you

can't always see the image in an LCD viewfinder.

Here are a few samples. These pics were taken with the Coolpix 4600 with

no tricks or gimmicks or filters or anything. They had some "very minor

adjustments" in Photoshop. If you bought this camera today, you would be

able to go out and snap these pictures yourself.

depends by your needs...budget....style ...you can go for point&shoot, a DSLR or in between.

Take a look at:

I am using Lumix FZ-30 and is good. ( I can rate it 8 from 1 to10). In last 5 years I had HP 620 and HP 935 - both was a good point&shoot camera. I upgrade to FZ-30 when I realized I need more control over camera settings.
