In present scenario the digi Handycam is very common
because of its very good performance.
I think that SONY HANDYCAM is best in terms of
performance and RATE.

I have a Kodak C663 camera which I am very happy with. Cost me around Rs 12000.

Buy a model of your choice and one that suits your budget from NIKON or CANON makes of cameras. Both the brands make fine cameras with the latest features at competetive prices. Compare the prices and features of the Digital Cameras of these two brands and choose one that suits your needs best.

Nikon D200, 1,700 for body, real high quality and reasonable for professional. The Nikon D70s is what i use and its about 1,000 for the body and takes good photos.

Canon 30D is supurb DSLR. Looks and feels like a pro camera.

About $1000 it's much less than what pros would pay.

I would recommend the SONY cybershot (8.1 mega pixel) camera in view of its image stability,large memory storage ,voice and picture quality .One can also shoot a picture in different modes depending on the background.There is also a photo editor that comes with the camera that facilitates red eye removal software,colour filter,sharpner and other added features
