What would be a simple, inexpensive Digital Camera for my Mom?

My Mom wants a digital camera for Christmas, She isn't really tech savy, so a simple point and shoot that takes decent quaility pics at an affordable price (around $150) because I still have to buy a memory card and I want to keep it under $200.

If you want to go REAL cheap, Macy's has a keychain digital camera for $40 marked down to $27.99. Not high-tech at all, but it would be handy and will hold 16 high-res photos or 64(?) low-res.
