For example Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd says it can record short vedios, what is the duration when they say short? Thank you all very much This will of course, vary by camera.
Newer Digital cameras tend to allow for longer video shooting than older ones ... also depends on the format it records in.
I looked at reviews of the one you mentioned, and saw no mention of time limitations, so can't say, though it is possible it is limited only by size of card. Recording in .avi format as it does, a 1GB card would hold 8-10 minutes video at 30fps on 640x480.
Some cameras record in other formats that make smaller overall size, therefor you could save more on one card.
There are cameras that limit video to 1gb; some that limit to 1 minute, or a few minutes. Look at all the reviews you can find on the various cameras you are interested in. I have found that usually if there is a limitation it is mentioned .. though most certainly there are exception. in between 6 and 9 hours It would depend on the size of the mem card you have in
the camera. |
