What is the lowest-priced, good quality digital camera I can buy?

I'm not a photographer so I don't care about its pixel or resolution or any of that. I don't care about fancy features or accessories. Really all I'm looking for is a reliable and reasonably-priced camera to take occasional pictures and use in emergency situations if necessary. I tried one of those $15 keychain cameras and its pictures were absolute crap.

You might try the Fuji Finepix A500 for about $80- if it's still available.

Kodak has some good cameras that arent to high and another bonus is that you can buy a printing dock for that specific camera
