I'm looking at buying a reasonably priced digital camera. What features should I look for in a good camera? Cannon seems to be more consumer friendly how many mega pixels it has( the more the better, but you don't want too big they are heard to deal with),if it has digital or optical zoom ( optical is where it actually zooms in and digital is where it just fills in pixels),size, &extra features Don't worry about megapixels! Anything over 3 is going to give you great pics. Look for a good optical zoom, and lots of "presets" for shooting in different situations. If you're looking to go a bit higher in quality and capability (and $$), try the Nikon D40 DSLR. |
