Reviews for Sony Cyber-Shot DSC T100.?

I'm thinking about investing in a digital camera. Is the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC T100 worth the $400 I'd have to pay? What are the pros and cons? On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate this camera?
