Will best buy allow me to return my psp??

i have my reciept. i bought the psp 15 days ago.

14-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 14 days from the original purchase on computers, monitors, notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors and video games purchased as used.

there is a dead pixel. in the top left corner of the screen thaer is a white line that looks like the inner screen is not in place right

Yes usually, Best Buy will allow consumer electronics within a 30 day time period of purchase with the original receipt for !!any!! reason even if you don't like it or if you dropped it in the bathtub. You should be fine, if you want a new PSP just get an exchange, it will probably be no problem for them to handle.

they should (unless it is obviously damaged)

well if they don't let you, you can sell it on ebay and get just as much money back

Yes you should be able to return it. If they don't let you then they are just stupid.
