What phone to get?

I need to get a new phone because my other one is at the bottom of the sea right now.

I was thinking of getting an LG Shine but not sure as I've read mixed reviews. I'm on pay as you go (Virgin) and I'm getting 拢30 off my phone. I'm not that bothered about the camera being all that great as I will be getting a new digital camera soon (my other one is also at the bottom of the sea)

Anyone got any ideas? Or should I go for the LG shine?

supergrover: I actually used to have that phone! But I accidently broke that (don't have much luck with phones lol) I loved it though!

It's really hard to recomend a certain model to someone but what I can do is give you an opinion on the VM selection. If it were me, I would NEVER own an LG phone. To me, most LG's belong at the bottom of the sea : )
Out of the VM selection, I would recomend looking at the SE or the Nokia's. Go to a VM store, check out the differnt designs of the phones and how they feel when holding them. Both the SE and Nokia will have great reception and good build quality

i really like my motorola pebl. i'm not really into mp3 and camera features though and this doesn't have great spec but it's a really good phone.

Provided you don't need the following........Camera Internet access. TV and all the other accessories, then a basic phone will not only be fine , it will be better, My wife uses an old Nokia from 2003 and the sound quality is like a landline.
