I need a memory card for my digital camera....why is this one so cheap?

Just beware. Nothing is wrong with the product. I have PNY SD/MMC and they've been great. What I mean is, that this particular SD card is a SD HC (high capacity) not an SD/MMC. Some of the newer digicameras and digicamcorder require such a card. But not all of them; make sure to double check the specs.

Get this SD HC card if your camera can take/read it.

It's a Class 4 SDHC card, meaning it's reasonably slow compared to other cards. You can also buy a faster, Class 6 card and you can also buy other SDHC cards that are much faster than Class 6 rated cards.
Which particular camera you have can also be the determining factor as to which type of card would be best to use. Because not all cameras can take advantage of a fast card and some cannot use SDHC cards. SDHC cards, btw...are just high capacity SD cards. SD cards are available in capacities of up to 2GB and SDHC, 4GB and higher.

So, what camera model do you have?

Just a special offer, or sears buying power, it it an SD card so will have to meet the technical specs, so I cannot see how you can go wrong.
