Can't view pictures in my digital camera! How can I fix it?

I have a Kodak Easyshare v1233 and it has been working fine and still is except when I go into review mode, it says 'unrecognized file format'. So I fiddled around to see what i could change but nothing worked. I changed some settings and stuff but it's not working. what do I do?

One of the files for a photo has become corrupted and it's screwing up the viewing of photos.

Using a memory card reader, copy and save the images that you can on the card.

If you want to try to recover missing images, try software like http://www.photosrecovery.com

After you finish, format the card in the computer (uncheck quick format). Use FAT if the card is less than 2 GB and FAT32 if its bigger than 2 GB.

Formatting the card should fix the card corruption and allow the card to be used again normally.
