Cracked LCD screen?

My Kodak V803 Digital Camera's LCD screen recently got cracked and now when I turn it on, i can't see the screen, just weird colors and stuff. It still takes pictures though and works.

So my questions are:
1. Can it be repaired?
2. How much will it cost?
3. Do I have a warranty ? ( I bought the camera from one of amazon.com's merchant stores)

The 1 year warranty from Kodak does not cover cracked LCD screens, because it is not a defect. It was probably caused by some kind of impact to the camera.

The cost to replace Kodak LCD screens usually runs in the $85 to $95 at a camera repair shop. It is your decision as to whether you think that is better than replacing the camera. Kodak charges more because they'd rather sell you a new camera than repair one.

The LCD broke in my Kodak in April. I filed a repair claim on Kodak's website, mailed my camera to the repair service, 2 weeks later it was fixed, returned & covered by the warranty. I did nothing to it to cause the cracked LCD. If you mishandled it, they can tell & will charge you for the repair. Report It

1.its not likely that it will be repairable. More than likely you will have to get it replaced.
2. I can't quote an exact price, as Im sure it will differ between companies, but for something small like a camera LCD, I don't imagine it will be extremely expensive. Maybe around $100
3. all electronics usually have a 1 year warranty(this can vary in either direction) from the manufacturer. Any warranty from a store will most likely have to be purchased.
