Electronics in China Town - Los Angeles?

Does China Town in LA have stores to by electronics like camcorders or digital cameras?
It鈥檚 safe to buy there?

Chinatown has more China type things, like traditional stuff, not really electronics (it has things like food, bakery, clothing, chopsticks, cups, dishes, veils, things like that). It is safe to buy there, but almost everything is cash only.
