Storing the pictures from my computer?

I have alot of pics on my computer up loaded from my digital camera. They are taking up so much space and I would like to save them onto a device and then delete them off of my computer. What is the best device I can store them to, but still be able to view them on my computer if I want?

DON'T MAKE SUCH A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT...YOU DON'T NEED FLASH DRIVE, EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES OR WHAT EVER EXTERNAL GADGET IS CURRENTLY IN VOGUE...JUST BURN THEM TO A CD/DVD...COST ABOUT A DOLLAR.

Burn them to a cd or dvd, you could get a portable mass storage device that plugs in to the USB port and save them to that.

4gig flash drive would be my first choice as its portable, or an external drive works good too.

Probably an external hard drive, or a large flash drive. Western Digital has some nice USB external hard drives.

you could try online photo storing places, like flickr (a yahoo service) or photobucket.

I personally prefer photobucket because it's free and I can create as many folders as I want without having to have an upgraded account. Also, I have had one for at least two years and I have never gotten a message saying anything about a quota. I think flickr limits you to 200 photos if you're free, but I'm not sure.

if its a digital camera...then you souldnt worry just buy a card slot usb portal...ive seen them at best buy

If you have a notebook/laptop computer I would suggest an external hard drive. They range from size and price relatively. It connects through your USB port and you can drag all your photos onto it through my computer and free up space on your hard disk.

If you have a desktop they also sell internal hard drives, and while they are less expensive you have to actually INSTALL them in your computer.

I would suggest an external hard drive. They cost about $100 depending on the size.

You can get them at wal mart or a computer store.
