I want to display a video clip in powerpoint show. I have tried copying and pasting a video clip, not working. |
I want to display some video clip or any animation type of things by clicking an object in the slides so that the audience can enjoy and understand clearly. The movie clips were taken by a digital camera and are stored as video clip type files. When copied and pasted in a powerpoint slide, "Video not available, cannot find video:mjpg decompressor" is displayed on a rectangular box. After double clicking the box, the sound is coming but no video. Please suggest what to do. i had faced this problem in the past and going throug insert>movies and sounds>movie from file took care of it the easiest way if you have windows xp is to use the video editing program it comes with. insert the video file and save it as a WMV file and then go to powerpoint and insert the video. Report It dont try to copy it to the presentation, instead add a hyperlink where you want to show the video, if you try and copy it will only come as a single image. it seems like your video is encoded in mjpg format which is not supported by powerpoint. There are many different video formats like mjpeg, mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg4, h.264, wmv, etc. Not all video codecs are installed with windows OS by default. For that you need to have a software/ if you browse your powerpoint you may get how to fit in that videoclip. |
