Do we find a store in India which will sell genuine Electornic Goods duty free?

The Electronics items like Digital Camera, MP3 player in India, around Delhi with duty free price. The price in Internet in USD which can be directly multiplied to convert in INR and no other cost

I think the Indira Gandhi Airport, in new delhi is the only place.
