What's a well known store that will allow me to convert my camcorder video into DVD?

I don't have a digital camera. The tape is a Sony LP 90, 60 min. Do stores such as Walmart, Longs Drugs, etc. have this feature of converting videos into DVD's? Thank you for the help! =)
