Can someone tell me a great place to buy a digital camera?

I live in Cleveland, Ohio. I'm curious can someone tell me the best brand(dependable) and model to buy or at least a good store to choose from. I'm not looking for a professional camera just one with a large lcd screen that has a good picture. I was hoping to pay around 250 or less, thanks.

if you dont need it right away, save money and buy it at b anh photovideo online. they are superior service, honest and reliable. ive been buying from them for 5 yrs. no tax and low shipping. you will find best buy and c city are way high compared to these guys.
