Do the math.

Put the card you have in the camera and see how many pics can be stored on it. Then do the math.

On my camera set for large size and fine shooting in RAW, a 2GB card will hold 107 images

My chart shows 1024 shots at your setting of 4 MP; so figure 1,000.
