Digital camera that works as a webcam?

I'm looking for a new, inexpensive digital camera that i can find at a local electronic store (best buy, circuit city, walmart, etc.) that can also work as a webcam on my computer. which are the best?

get a 10-30 dollar cam and it should work and on the back it says like mine i can it was 10 and other was 20

as i know every digital camera will be able to be used as a webcam for ur computer. and if u wanna just a webcam for viewing cam on computer i advice to buy such a special kinds of webcams of logitech they r really good. and giving nice view and are not so expensive. coz be sure if u wanna good digital camera for making movies and so on u will need to put much more money for it.
