Can anyone tell me if the batteries can be charged by plugging it into my comp?

I have a digital Concepts 3.1 megapixels digital camera.

The USB cable supplied together with your digtal camera is meant for data transfer from camera to your computer or vice-versa. It will not charge the camera batteries. Charging of the batteries requires a seperate battery charger which normally comes together with your camera.
