Anyone here with an answer?

I got a Brica DigiArt Z808 8megapixel Digital Camera, Camcorder, and Voice Recorder. I letft it running once while attending a worship service and now the on/off mechanism has jammed. The batteries were fresh and put in correctly. I'm letting it sit out without batteries with the hatch wide open to let it rest overnight. If that doesn't work, then what should I do next?

It sounds like a defect take it back and try to get a new one.

It should reset on it's own, but if that does not happen take it to the nearest service centre..

Go to the service center or try to fix the problem yourself if you know how to clean it.

Unless you dropped it, I can't see that as being the fault of leaving it on. Any such lock up is a defect in the mechanism.

If it's less than 1 year old it's under warranty talk with the company.
