After ordering an expensive digital camera (>$1500) from them this morning, a representative called me at home this evening to ask which "battery upgrade" I wanted. Either would add hundreds of dollars to the total. I cancelled my order and will try elsewhere. If you have a complaint about a Yahoo! sponsor, it will not get addressed here. This is a question and answer forum. If you want help with whom to complain, I am certain there are many here who could point you in the right direction.
