I Have A Full Featured Digital Camera e Vision Clear View, I Have Bought Rechargeable Batteries And Also Have A Memorie Card But For Some Reason It Works A Little But For Some Reason Half The Time After Trying To Take A Picture It Shuts Off And The Batteries Are Completely Charged, The Other Thing Is I Cant Seem To Review My Photos It Keeps Saying Empty. I Dont Understand It And Yes I Have Read The Owners Booklet And Tried To Do The Things It Says To The Best Of My Ability But Nothing I Do Seems To Work. I'm Hoping Someone Can Give Me Any Info Or Suggestions That Might Help. THANK YOU.

Hi! I think you should just take the Camera back, and get a new one, if it has that many problems wrong with it, then you probobally wont have much luck fixing it on your own, haveing a brand new one is always better than haveing one thats not fully fixed!! Hope I helped! =D

Call the camera's manufacturer and talk to them.

It's possible that one of the batteries is bad. It may appear to take a charge, but under operation, it may fail. That would cause a lot of the problems you describe.

Try another set of batteries, either rechargeable or alkaline, for a few pictures. If it works OK, then you have a bad battery. If it doesn't, then it's probably the camera that's bad.

Also, double check that you have the batteries installed correctly. Sometimes there are typos in the manual or even on the camera labels. If there's a difference between them, try both ways and see if one works better than another.

I have this problem sometimes with my camera - because it's so small, I accidentally hit the power button instead of the picture-taking button. It sounds like that's what you are doing - if there is no image after you hit the button, it means you're not taking a picture, you're turning the camera off. There should be another button on top of the camera for actually taking a picture, try using that one instead.

That said, it does sound like that camera is a battery-eater, and rechargeable batteries drain quicker than regular batteries. I used to use the lithium batteries - they were not rechargeable, but they lasted really long.
