They are for a Kodak digital camera. I bought a 4 pack of no-name brand rechargeable batteries and they are useless! Hi Jennifer,
I prefer the Powerex/Maha batteries. I use them in a Canon 580EX flash and they usually last all day, or about 600 exposures. They are a bit pricey but I think they're worth it.
You can find them at http://www.mahaenergy.com/store/products...
You can also take a look at "The Great Battery Shootout" for a fairly scientific comparison of the different brands - http://www.imaging-resource.com/ACCS/BAT...
Only downside is that it is somewhat outdated, but even so it's quite easy to identify the better brands.
Good luck. I have some Duracell 2400 mAh with a 15-minute charger. They last me about 3-4 weeks when I take occasional pictures, and about a week when I take a lot of pictures. I am not kidding when I say they are the longest lasting battteries I have ever had. I was using regular AA's, but they lost power in about 3 days. I use the Maha Power Ex 2700mah Nimh AA's. They are good for 400 shots using the LCD 100%, flash 25% in a Canon A700. If you check your batts you will probably find they are a low mah type. I wouldnt use anything lower than 2400 mah in a digital camera. |
