Its a vivitar vivicam3625 I cant get my PC to recognize the camera..yes the batteries are charged. I connect to the PC with usb cableand all that jazz...last time i transferred pics the PC immediately recognized the Camera and I had no prob. Now it wont work...and yes the batteries are charged1 You are gonna need the USB cable that either came with the camer or you may need to go buy one at walmart or best buy then connect it to the camera and computer and turn the camera on. It would depend on where you are trying to download the photos. It may be a good idea to buy one of the photo softwares to download your photo's. I have several types and seldom have a problem. |
