Can anyboday help me with my camera problem...?

hi i have a IT works dsc551 digital camera and wen i turn it on after i press the power button a red light flashes and then nothing happens. the problem is not the batteries as i have changed them. there is nothing in the troubleshooting section in the manual and the IT works website is not very useful. can anyone help me please?

1. its been droped
2. circuit board problem
3. batteries are fried/dead/need to be replced

Check it with new batteries. check the manual that you are using the correct type of batteries.

Remove memory card and try turning on.. Or check with another memory card.

Else take it to repairing center

it needs repaired

check the memory card it maybe full or not inserted right
