My digi-cam is always low-bat? |
every time im setting my digi-cam in a night mode (w/ flash) it always says that its low batt, even i bought new batteries. it uses the AA batts and i purchased the regular AA batts..is there a particular battery for digital camera? or something wrong with my cam, its brand new! you need rechargeable aa batteries Since you've bought new batteries and are still getting the same indicator, I would have to guess that the indicator circuitry is bad somehow. If it has been doing this since you got it, then I would return it for a refund, or exchange it for a camera that works properly. As far as I know, there isn't a special type of battery that works better for digital cameras; if it's working at all on the batteries you're giving it, then you have the right kind. I recommend using rechargeable NiMH batteries - http://thomasdistributing.com/aa-nimh-ba... Yes there are particular batteries that should be used in a digital camera it is normal because normal batteries has only a minimal current rating and can't hold electrical consumption for flash mode. just use rechargeable batteries like 2500 mAh above (sanyo, sony, energizer or jp). |
