Okay so I have a new digital camera. And it works great; takes really good pictures. Well today I went to turn it on and it won't turn on. Everything is where its supposed to be, and the batteries are new. I don't know whats wrong with it, its just like all of a sudden it decided not to turn on! What can I do to make it turn back on?!! Take the batteries out, wait a few minutes, put them back, try again. Or buy new batteries in case the old have gone bad, if that doesn't help return the camera. The batteries may be new but I would strongly recommend charging them, as with any new electronics purchase that requires batteries. If it has an AC adaptor, plug it in and see if it turns on. It might just be a simple recharge of batteries that's the issue. Try taking the battery out and leave it out for longer than a full minute, then put it back and try.
If that doesnt work, take it back to the store and tell them about it. |
