does anyone have the Polaroid 6.0MP Digital Camera - Silver (CIA-00634S) ? what i am wondering is if it has GOOD BATTERY LIFE. here is the link to the website that i am looking at it on.

if it doesnt show up as a link just copy and paste. 1) I was just at Target today and took a look at this camera. It's a piece of junk and there's better cameras for $99.00 or there abouts.
2) To get good battery life from a camera, you should forget about disposable alkaline and lithium AAs. Instead, get rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) AA batteries and a charger. They will pay for themselves in about 3 or 4 charges and will last a lot longer than disposable batteries.
3) For about the same money, get the Nikon Coolpix L10 instead. You'll be a lot happier. 5.0MP, 2560x1920 resolution, 3x Optical zoom, 7MB Internal Memory, SD memory card compatible.

http://www.butterflyphoto.com/shop/produ... Battery life on any digital camera using AA's is low. See if you can find a camera that uses Li-ion batteries. That is what the pro cameras use ... for good reason. i got one of the high end cameras (SLR) and it takes aa or a battery pack! and it will eat a standard aa in less than 1 minute! i had to buy a special lithium battery to put in it! does alot better! lasts several months! |
