Any brand of charger with the correct specs will work for you. As long as you get the same specifications you will be fine. I currently am charging four brands of cellphone batteries with a Motorola charger.
Norm Yes, there are third party chargers available for just about every battery out there.
In your case, you need to make sure the third party charger
1) will allow your battery to fit
2) will have the correct polarity
3) will output the correct voltage and amperage
If it does all these, you'll be fine.
