Digital cameras for around 拢100?

Hi,
I really want a digital camera for my birthday,
but am really stuck as to which one to get.

I generally want it for the following reasons;
Art projects (GCSE Level),
Clear photographs,
Video capture,
Different effects,
Possibly MP3 or extra features.

For around 拢80-125.
Please could you give me recommendattions or good sites to find a decent camera!
