I recently bought an a700 Polaroid digital camera, and the screen is black no matter what I press.?

When I turn it on, the lights stay on, but there is nothing on the screen. And if I want to turn it off, I have to take out the batteries instead of pressing the button. What is going on?

normally if ur camera happen like this only 3 reason!
*camera lcd is spoiled already
*camera ccd(image sensor)spoiled -if repair cost expensive
*shutter control spoiled - ur camera shutter cannot be open so no image come out

so u have to send to the camera dealer for repair

take it back to the place you bought it... its a defect the company did not catch which throws off their performance charts...

Do you have the instruction manual and try to set it up in colors.

take the lens cap off
