Recently it stopped working completly. Tried new batteries it wont turn on at all. It's broke.
Check in the back of the manual, there's usually a trouble-shooting guide. If not, check for a toll-free number.
Take it back to the camera store and they will help you.
If you got it from somewhere else - oh well ... what does the warranty say?
Check that the new batteries are good.
Check that the battery contacts in the camera are clean.
Clean them using a pencil eraser.
Make sure you know how to turn it on. I have the same problem with mine.I called H.P. and was told it was a defective camera that all of the same model #'s have.They will fix it for free if you still have the receipt |
