Digital Camera not working?

I have a Kodak Easyshare C330 and when i turn the dial to switch it on, nothing happens, i have changed batteries and also tried to recharge the ones already in there. I havent dropped it or anything. It's been in good care, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

put ear to switch if you hear a switch noise when you move it it is a circuit problem, no noise its the switch

try to exchange it that is my idea

buy a new one
