do you like it? is it fast, sharp images, lighting, good zoom, battery life? Nobody but Sony owns them yet! They were just announced to be available later this year.
I have an H1 and like it very much. It is excellent on all your categories, and only exceeded by d-SLR's. The low light/high ISO shots can have some noise that is visible on-screen, but usually not in prints.
Based on my experience, and the great reviews of the H2 and H5, I would predict that the H7 (and H9) will be even better.
Good Luck I just purchased a sony DSC-H7 camera and i had a H5 modelalso. The H7 is not a good camera. I took about 100 pictures using 8mp mode and the pictures were horrible. Yellowing of the faces and almost looked like background was painted very grainy. I compared pictures with my H5 Report It
