How do I fix my Kodak C300 digital camera??? Help!?

I used my camera one night and it was working fine. When I went to use it the next night, it would not even BEGIN to turn on. I have put two sets of new batteries (different brands, bought from different places)....made certain they were installed correctly and still no luck.

It doesn't not come on at all!!

What could have happened to it? How can I fix it? Do they have a "reset" button???
