Looking for a digital camera with the following specs....help!?

At least 6 MP, LiOn rechargable battery, Optical zoom, and probably optical image stabilization. Priced around $200 if possible?


What do you guys think...links would be helpful.

I have a few favorites. Check out the Panasonic FX01 or other FX series cameras. They have a great leica 28mm wide angle lens, excellent image quality and optical image stabilization.

For the very best image quality and high ISO (low light) capability, you can still find the venerable Fuji F31fd a few places.

you might also like the Canon SD700IS. It's not the 'latest' model any more, but it's better than some of the newer ones, and can be found cheaper.

It uses the less common xD memory card but is a good value.

Other than those specs you listed there are many more options. It is clear that you have done some good research, so the next step should be a lot easier.
