Ok I have a kodak easy share c330. The camera comes on but the light turns red and the screen goes blank. I have tried putting new batteries in the cam but it still does the same thing. I have had this cam for about 6 mths and this has never happened. can someone please give me advice or trouble shooting techniques in order to fix this problem.... thanks in advance If you are sure that it is not the batteries, your memory might be full, or there might be something wrong with the camera that will need to be fixed.

Can also call their 800# listed in their booklets which I have yet to do but meantime adn watching here for answers.
