I wanted to take a photo with all myfriends, so I put it on my TV. Just when it took the photo it dropped to the floor. It took more pictures, then i turened it of then on again. It started with the brand name, as usual, then the screen went all white. I thought it was a battery error, so I charged it. It still doesn't work. Call the manufacturer support line and ask them to give you a list of local authorized repair shops. You might also find this information on ther website.
