What's the best digital camera to get for around $200-$300?

In terms of pixelage and screen display, quality, portability, battery (i prefer recharble battery via usb or docking station), and durability? Is there one in particular you love? I heard cybershot was nice

I love my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H2. 6 megapixels plenty of zoom at 12X optical. Has image stabilizer, very good on AA rechargeables, comes with battery charger and only 1 sec delay between shots. Will give you an excellent 8X10 print.
