Why isnt my digital camera working and what can i do to fix it?

I have a kodak easyshare z760 and yesterday the battery said it was low...so i turned it off and put it in it's charger. after it said the charging was finished i took it out of it's dock and went to turn it on. now it wont turn on at all. I've had it about a year. Can someone please tell me whats wrong. Is it just that the battery is broken? HELP!

Get new batteries or make sure that the batteries are in there right

Sell it on ebay, don't tell people it's broken, and use the money to buy a new camera.

Try taking the battery out then place back in the camera, then back on the charger.
Also remember if you replaced the original battery that they recommend that you do not use alkaline batteries in EasyShare cameras because they may cause unexpected shutdowns and loss of pictures.
