i went to change the batteries and now it wont work at all. ive tried a bunch of brand new batteries and it didnt work. also there is a rattling sound in the battery compartment. can i fix it? well either the batteries are placed in the wrong way, but if it doesn't help, you may want to check that there is nothing in the compartment, and when there are particles in the compartment; then they should be cleared off, the connection points are probably dirty, you might want to take a cotton swab and clean the connection points, about the rattling sound, i cant say i have had a problem of sort but, if these problems persist, i suggest that you should get somebody to take a look at it. I recommend you take it to a professional camera cleaner or go to the official website and email the question. Sounds like you installed the wrong size battery's |
