My hellokitty digital camera wont turn on?

it requiers 2 AAA batteries i already bought some NEW ones and it doesnt want to work i bought it at a garage sale and it came COMPLETE the camera looks NEW it was still in the box what should i do? i already read the instructions

Either you bought it with limited warranty or since it is designed for kids it probably broke.

Drop it off at Goodwill.

"Looks new" doesn't mean it wasn't dropped in the toilet.
